Job Context
ICB Islamic Bank Ltd. a shariah based commercial bank in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic individual for the position of “Officer-Human Resources”
Job Responsibilities
Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Placement according to requirement;
Assist in Recruitment and Selection process.
Short listing CVs, arranging interviews etc
Formulate job description & job specification of the employees;
Coordinate to other HR operational matters.
Assist in preparing monthly activities report.
Assist to formulate and proper amendment of HR policy.
Assist in Performance appraisal management process
Keep the personal file & HRIS update.
Support the Payroll sections
Any other job as assigned in time to time.

Educational Requirements
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 30 years
Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude
Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
